Tina is a Stanford-educated engineer, design thinker, and educator. She has served leadership positions in product management and design management at prominent Silicon Valley tech companies. ​In 2017, Tina co-founded Design Thinking Foundry with Gina Jiang. The firm provides innovation consulting and design thinking training, helping clients find creative solutions to new product and services. Tina has led successful projects in Greater China region, her client list includes: Cisco, Digital China Group, Eccom Network, Din Tai Fung, Yonglin Healthcare Foundation, Fu-Jen University Hospital. ​ Tina currently serves as Senior Director of Customer Innovation at SAP, the world leader in enterprise software.

Outside of work, Tina has been a passionate volunteer for over two decades. She has led charity programs for Tzu Chi Foundation, donating over 80,000 books to 200 disadvantaged public schools in the SF Bay Area. Tina also has a 10-year tenure at Tzu Chi Academy Cupertino, a nonprofit school with 300-student, where she has served as Principal and Board Member.

段岱佳出生於台北，台大電機系肄業赴美，美國馬里蘭大學機械工程學士、史丹佛大學工程管理碩士。段岱佳有超過20年的矽谷高科技產品研發經驗，現任 SAP 矽谷設計創新中心總監，以設計思考結合用戶、商業及科技，為全球500大企業實施專案。段岱佳是少見的有完整設計思考理論及實務經驗的專家，她在2017年創立 Design Thinking Foundry 創新顧問公司，客戶包括Cisco (思科)、Digital China (神州數碼)、Eccom Network (華訊網絡)、鼎泰豐 (Din Tai Fung)、永齡健康基金會 (Yonglin Healthcare Foundation )、輔仁大學醫院 (FJCU Hospital) ，並在多項國際大會擔任主講人、評審、及創新導師。

工作之餘，段岱佳熱衷於志工服務，20多年來負責過慈濟北加州分會多項慈善專案，贈送八萬本書到200所低收入小學，並曾任庫菩提諾慈濟人文學校校長。段岱佳亦曾任 2016 SAP 企業社會責任親善大使，與「為阿根廷而教」合作教育專案。​​
